Description
The City of Columbus - DoT Desktop Support is seeking a workgroup/departmental color printer that meets certain specifications. The printer should have network-connected color printing, a minimum performance of 35-45 pages per minute, and a first print out time of ≤ 7 seconds. It should also have multiple cassettes (≥ 500 sheets each), a multipurpose tray for specialty media, Ethernet Gigabit (10/100/1000) connectivity, and standard print languages (PCL, PostScript, PDF). The output quality should be ≥ 600 dpi resolution, and the memory should be ≥ 2 GB RAM. Optional features include a stand or cabinet and additional feeders.
