West Scranton Gateway Signage

The City of Scranton is seeking separate sealed bids for the West Scranton Gateway Signage project. The project includes the design, fabrication, and installation of a new gateway sign, preparation of required structural and fabrication drawings, construction of the sign foundation, and all associated work necessary for a complete and functional installation. Bidders must meet the identified criteria and format, and consideration will be based on compliance with those requirements. The bid shall include a detailed cost sheet showing the hours, labor costs, expenses, and total cost for each task in the project. • The project requires a minimum of 5 years of experience under the bidder's current business name. • The bidder must be duly registered with the applicable federal, state, or local oversight body(s) required to fulfill the scope of services outlined. • The bidder must provide a Bid Bond (10% of contract amount) and Performance Bond (100%) and Payment Bond (100%) at the time of award. • The bidder must comply with all state and federal laws prohibiting discrimination in hiring or employment opportunities. • The bidder must provide a certificate of insurance verifying the required insurance coverage. • The bidder must submit a Non-Collusion Affidavit and certify that the bid is genuine and not a collusive or sham bid.
