Description
The General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking a contractor to perform a full office buildout of approximately 2800 square feet of currently vacant space on the third floor of the Ronald Davies Federal Building in Grand Forks, North Dakota. The scope of work includes asbestos and lead paint abatement, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, lighting, security, communications, furniture, and interior finish work.
• The project requires a firm-fixed-price contract with a design-build concept.
• The contractor must have experience as a Design-Build (DB) contractor responsible for the construction of two projects similar to the Statement of Work (SOW) within the past eight years.
• The project has a period of performance of 240 calendar days.
• The estimated dollar value of the project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.
