Description
Appalachian State University is seeking a qualified vendor to install an Indoor Facility LED Scoreboard. The scoreboard should be 16’ 4.9” H x 59’ 0.7” W (969 sq ft) with a pixel pitch of 3.9mm and a pixel matrix of 1,280 H x 4,608 W (5,898,240 pixels). The vendor should provide a content and control custom rack, processor only/primary only, and a protective coating. The installation should be completed by the end of June 2026. The vendor should have experience in installing similar scoreboards and provide references. The proposal should include a financial proposal, a description of the vendor's approach to the project, and a description of the organizational and operational structure.
