Description
The U.S. Coast Guard, Surface Forces Logistics Center (SFLC) is seeking a vendor to provide a Vent Duct Heater. The required item is a brand name only solicitation, and no substitutions will be authorized. The vendor must be an authorized distributor for the requested material and provide an authorized distributor letter from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) with their quotation. The required delivery date is 07/23/2026, and the total cost must include all delivery and freight charges.
• The Vent Duct Heater must meet the specified requirements, including a power rating of 1.200KW, 440VAC, 3PH, 1 stage, and a duct size of 8.000'' X 8.000'' X 5.750''.
• The vendor must provide an itemized packing list securely attached to the outside of the shipment, citing the Purchase Order Number.
• The material must be packed to afford adequate protection against corrosion, deterioration, and physical damage during shipment and for warehouse storage.
• Invoices must be submitted for payment through the Invoice Processing Platform (IPP) at https://www.ipp.gov.
