Budget estimate

$5,000,000 – $7,500,000

The budget for this opportunity is not explicitly stated in the document. However, based on the scope of work and the period of performance, it is possible to estimate the budget. The contract will be a Firm Fixed Price contract, and the contractor will be required to provide all necessary equipment, supplies, management, supervision, personnel, and transportation except as specified as government-furnished. The contractor will also be required to provide workers' compensation, liability insurance, and other benefits to its personnel. Assuming an average annual salary of $50,000 per telephone operator, and assuming 13 operators (9 in Fresno, 9 in San Francisco, and 13 in Palo Alto, but the document actually says 9 in Fresno and 9 in San Francisco and 13 is the sum of operators in all three locations, but there are only 13 total operators), the total annual labor cost would be approximately $650,000. Adding other costs such as equipment, supplies, and benefits, the total annual cost could be estimated to be around $1 million to $1.5 million. For a 5-year period of performance, the total budget could be estimated to be around $5 million to $7.5 million.
