Description
The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) is seeking a contractor to provide laboratory analysis services for several environmental regulatory programs within the State of Texas. The contractor will need to meet the minimum qualifications stated in the specifications and performance standards and have adequate facilities to meet the demands for timely performance of analyses of samples provided by several regulatory programs of TCEQ. The contract will commence on September 1, 2026, and continue through August 31, 2027, with the possibility of four one-year renewal periods.
• The contractor will perform remedial and compliance analysis of samples for several environmental regulatory programs.
• The contractor will need to meet the minimum qualifications stated in the specifications and performance standards.
• The contractor will need to have adequate facilities to meet the demands for timely performance of analyses of samples.
• The contract may be renewed for four one-year renewal periods upon mutual written agreement between both parties.
