Description
This solicitation seeks a qualified consultant (or consortium) to serve as a master‑contract provider for policy‑related and operational climate‑action services to the Metropolitan Council of Minnesota. The awardee will be placed on a pre‑qualified list and may receive multiple task‑order assignments covering climate‑policy analysis, greenhouse‑gas reduction planning, technical assistance, engineering support, and capacity‑building activities. The effort is “as‑needed,” meaning the contractor must be ready to mobilize quickly for various deliverables over the contract’s life.
• Provide policy analysis, GHG reduction strategies, and climate‑preparedness recommendations.
• Deliver engineering and operational efficiency support for the Council’s climate‑related programs.
