Measuring and Testing Instruments

The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) is seeking vendors to provide measuring and testing instruments. The solicitation is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items, and vendors will be awarded Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) to provide supplies and services on an as-needed basis. The BPA will be issued for a commodity, and individual call orders will be made on a firm fixed-price basis. Vendors must submit their responses, including their Cage Code, Unique Entity Identifier (UEID) numbers, and a capabilities statement, by March 11, 2026, 1:00 PM (EST). Key aspects of the job include: • Providing measuring and testing instruments • Submitting bids through the Lakehurst BPA Tool • Receiving payments through Government Credit cards or Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) • Complying with Export Control Laws and obtaining a DD Form 2345 if necessary • Participating in the BPA program and submitting bids to remain on the calling list
