Description
The State of North Carolina, Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), is seeking bids for the renewal of Atlassian software subscriptions. The contract will be for a period of one year with two optional one-year renewals. The successful vendor will be required to provide Jira Software, Atlassian Access, Confluence, and other related software and services. The vendor must be an authorized Atlassian reseller and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• The contract will be awarded based on best value analysis.
• The vendor must provide a completed Vendor Readiness Assessment Report at the time of offer submission.
• The vendor must comply with the State's security standards and policies.
• The vendor must provide a certification of compliance with E-Verify.
• The vendor must cooperate fully with the State in the event of an audit or investigation.
