Provide 24-Hour Supplemental Emergency Veterinary Services on an As

The Jefferson Parish Purchasing Department is seeking a qualified vendor to provide 24-hour supplemental emergency veterinary services on an as-needed basis for the Jefferson Parish Animal Welfare Services (JPAWS). The selected vendor will be required to provide services including 24-hour emergency care, diagnostic equipment, and critical care capabilities. The evaluation criteria for this opportunity include the nature and value of work to be performed, the size of the firm, professional training and experience, capacity for timely completion, location of the principal office, and past and current professional accomplishments. • The vendor must have at least one Louisiana licensed Doctor of Veterinary Medicine on staff. • The vendor must submit a Statement of Qualifications (General Professional Services Questionnaire) by the deadline. • The vendor must identify all subcontractors who will assist in providing professional services for the project. • The vendor must comply with all provisions in the public notice and Jefferson Parish Code of Ordinances Section 2-926 et seq.
