Description
The City of Montpelier is requesting proposals to perform work on the Flood Elevation 201 State Street project. The project involves jacking an existing building and lowering it onto a new foundation, demolishing and disposing of the existing foundation, excavating for a new foundation, installing new footings, concrete walls, piers, and steel beams, and other related work. The contractor will be responsible for furnishing all materials, tools, and labor to complete the work. The basis for payment will be per lump sum, and the contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and reasonable bidder.
