TEST3 Special Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source

The NASA Johnson Space Center White Sands Test Facility (JSC WSTF) intends to award a sole source contract to Sierra Lobo, Inc. for the extension of the Test Evaluation and Support Team 3 (TEST3) contract. The contract will provide fully integrated support to WSTF for all hazardous testing activities and support/enabling capabilities, including infrastructure maintenance and construction. The extension will allow the current contract to be extended up to two years to ensure the successful completion of two large-scale construction projects at WSTF funded by the One Big Beautiful Bill Act (OBBBA). • The contract will provide support for hazardous testing activities and infrastructure maintenance and construction. • The extension will allow for the completion of two large-scale construction projects at WSTF. • The contract will be extended for up to two years, with a 1-year base and a 1-year option. • The contractor will provide fully integrated support to WSTF, including all support/enabling capabilities.
