Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 1 – New England, intends to award a firm-fixed-price sole-source order to ScriptPro USA, Inc. for pharmacy automation equipment and OEM-exclusive upgrades at the VA Boston Healthcare System (VABHS) campuses. The action replaces end-of-life ScriptPro robotic dispensing equipment and implements proprietary upgrades required for safe, accurate, and efficient VistA-integrated pharmacy operations.
• The scope of work includes replacing end-of-life ScriptPro robotic dispensing equipment and implementing proprietary upgrades, including GEN9 and Workflow Management System WMS 1.0→2.0.
• The upgrades will require OEM authorization from ScriptPro for hardware, software, and services.
• The upgrades will also require technical compatibility with VistA-integrated pharmacy workflows.
• The contract will be awarded to ScriptPro USA, Inc., and the pricing will align with ScriptPro’s VA Federal Supply Schedule price list under FSS Contract 36F79719D0135.
