Description
The Rhode Island College is seeking a photography service provider for their commencement, convocation, and signature events. The provider will be responsible for capturing high-quality photos of the events, including undergraduate and advanced degree ceremonies, as well as other events such as Nursing Pinning, First Year Convocation, Homecoming/Family Weekend/Athletic Hall of Fame, Alumni Awards, Grad Fest, Cap and Gown Convocation, and Honorary Degree Reception. The college is looking to improve the timeliness of delivery of proofs to students and response to questions from students. The provider may also offer additional services such as name display, digital programs, commencement registration, reader cards, phonetic pronunciations, and chatbots.
