IID Laptops for DPSCS ITCD

The Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services (DPSCS) is seeking proposals for the purchase of laptops and associated peripherals. The contract will be awarded to a Master Contractor that provides the most advantageous offer considering the price and evaluation factors. The scope of work includes the delivery of Dell Pro Max 18 Plus laptops with specific configurations and quantities. The contractor must be an authorized reseller for Dell Technologies and provide a Letter of Authorization (LOA) from the manufacturer or distributor. The contract may include options for annual pricing and a manufacturer's extended warranty. • The contractor must provide a screenshot of the Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) with the bid. • The contractor must not impose a restocking fee if an item is returned due to damage or incorrect product shipped. • The contractor must provide the estimated ship date/lead time for each item listed in the PORFP. • The contractor must include a Mercury Affidavit with the bid, if applicable. • The contractor must provide a "No Bid" form if they elect not to bid.
