Description
The University of North Carolina at Wilmington is seeking vendors to provide smart locker/mailbox installation services for multiple locations on campus. The installation services should be completed by August 1, 2026. The vendor will be responsible for providing a secure, fully integrated information technology solution to support smart locker/package delivery operations. The solution must include features such as package scanning and recording, mobile application integration, and campus IT integration. The vendor must also provide a layout of locker configuration and detailing the quantity of rear-loading smart lockers/mailboxes and their sizes. Some key requirements include:
• Providing smart lockers/mailboxes for installation
• Completing installation services by August 1, 2026
• Providing a secure, fully integrated information technology solution
• Including features such as package scanning and recording, mobile application integration, and campus IT integration
• Providing a layout of locker configuration and detailing the quantity of rear-loading smart lockers/mailboxes and their sizes
