Description
Palm Beach County Department of Airports is seeking proposals for civil engineering services under a continuing contract. The selected consultant will provide professional civil engineering services on an as-needed basis, including horizontal infrastructure design, investigative services, construction administration, and more. The contract term is two years with an option for three one-year renewals. The consultant must be familiar with federal requirements applicable to projects funded with federal grants.
• The services will be scoped by individual Consultant Service Authorizations (CSAs) issued by the Department of Airports.
• The consultant will be an external source of civil engineering expertise and assistance to the Department of Airports.
• The contract will be funded in whole or in part with federal, state, and/or local funds.
• A Small Business Enterprise (SBE) goal of at least 20% has been set for the total dollar value of Consultant Service Authorizations assigned under the Continuing Contract.
