On-Call Water & Sewer Repair and Construction Services

The City of Rock Hill is seeking qualified construction companies to provide on-call water and sewer repair and construction services on an as-needed basis. The selected companies will be required to perform a variety of tasks, including leak repairs, service line installation and replacement, new water main installation, valve and fire hydrant repair and replacement, and sewer system repairs. The companies will be selected based on their qualifications and experience, and will be required to submit a statement of qualifications and other supporting documentation. The contract will be for a term of three years, with two one-year optional renewals. • The City is looking for companies with experience in water and sewer repair and construction services. • The selected companies will be required to provide a variety of services, including emergency repairs and routine maintenance. • The companies will be evaluated based on their qualifications, experience, and safety record. • The contract will include provisions for insurance, indemnification, and termination. • The City reserves the right to reject any or all submissions and to negotiate the terms of the contract with the selected companies.
