The University of North Dakota is seeking a qualified consultant to support the Native Veteran Coalition and Stand‑Down Expansion (NAPP III) program. The consultant will provide expertise in program development, stakeholder engagement, and implementation of veteran‑focused services within Native communities. This effort aims to expand outreach, improve service delivery, and strengthen coalition partnerships. • Provide strategic planning and management consulting to expand the NAPP III program. • Facilitate collaboration among Native veteran groups, community organizations, and UND stakeholders. • Deliver performance metrics, reporting, and recommendations for sustainable program growth.
