“City of Havelock, 2026 Installation and Rebuild of Air Release Valves (AVRs) & Air-Vacuum Combination Valves”

The City of Havelock is seeking bids for the installation and rebuild of air release valves (AVRs) and air-vacuum combination valves on the 24-inch effluent force main pipeline. The scope of work includes removing, rebuilding, and reinstalling fourteen (14) air release valves (ARVs) and three (3) air-vacuum combination valves. The project is expected to be completed by a qualified contractor.
