Well Facility #12

The City of Fitchburg is seeking bids for the construction of a new well facility, which includes a pump room, chemical rooms, a generator room, and bathrooms. The project also involves modifying the pressure relief valve at the Swan Creek PRV Station, removing a hydropneumatics pressure tank, and modifying chemical injection locations at Well No. 7. Additionally, the automated controls for Well Nos. 10 and 11 will be modified, and remote monitoring equipment controllers and radios will be replaced at up to 12 water utility facilities. • The project includes construction of a new well facility with various rooms and modifications to existing infrastructure. • The project requires modification of automated controls and replacement of remote monitoring equipment. • The City of Fitchburg reserves the right to reject any or all bids and award the contract in the best interests of the city.
