7H--Intent to Sole Source - Treehouse Software Support

The Department of the Interior (DOI), Interior Business Center (IBC) is announcing its intent to award a sole source, Firm-Fixed Price Purchase Order to Treehouse Software Inc. for the continued need for Treehouse Software licenses and maintenance. The software suite is proprietary to Treehouse Software, Inc. and there are no authorized resellers. The software helps provide critical support to assist in facilitating the management, auditing, and transfer of multiple data elements. • The software includes N2O, Auditre, and tRelational/DPS, which manage Federal Personnel and Payroll System (FPPS) software, interrogate information on the Mainframe Adaptable Database System (ADABAS) Protection Logs (PLOGS), and allow the relation between the ADABAS data to be mapped to the Oracle database target. • The procurement will be made utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with Revolutionary Federal Regulation (FAR) Overhaul 12.201-1. • Interested vendors that believe they can meet these requirements are encouraged to submit a written notice by providing a capability statement to the primary point of contact.
