Description
The Macomb Intermediate School District (MISD) is seeking bids for the replacement of the roof at the Educational Service Center. The project requires bidders to submit their bids on forms furnished in the Contract Documents, accompanied by a bidder's bond or a certified or cashier's check payable to MISD for 5% of the bid amount. A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, June 9, 2026, at 3:00 pm.
• The bidder must submit a sworn and notarized statement disclosing any familial relationship with the Owner or any employee of the bidder and any member of the MISD School Board, Administration, or Staff.
• The bidder must submit their bid by Wednesday, June 17, 2026, at 2:00 pm.
• The MISD reserves the right to reject any or all bids, in whole or in part, to waive any irregularities therein and accept the bid that best serves MISD.
