Sole Source Notice - IMPLAN Data and Analytics

The Oregon Business Development Department (OBDD) is seeking to enter into a 3-year subscription renewal contract with IMPLAN for economic data and related software. The contract will provide OBDD with access to economic impact analysis software, which is used to produce models and analysis in response to data requests from staff and external stakeholders. The software is also used to respond to legislative requests and reporting requirements, as well as to assess the performance of agency programs.
