Prequalification of Sources for Construction Services to include Design-Build (DB) and Design Bid-Build (DBB) for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Honolulu District, Area of Responsibility (AOR), Primarily on Kwajalein Atoll, Republic of the Marsh

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Honolulu District is issuing a Prequalification of Sources (PQS) announcement to establish a list of contractors qualified to perform construction services on Kwajalein Atoll and surrounding U.S. Trust Territories. The PQS will be used to solicit future stand‑alone Design‑Build (C‑type) or Design‑Bid‑Build contracts for the U.S. Army Space and Missile Defense Command, U.S. Army Garrison Kwajalein, and other Department of Defense agencies. Contractors that achieve prequalification will be placed on a pool from which specific construction contracts will be awarded. • Scope includes commercial and institutional building construction (NAICS 236220) under both DB and DBB delivery methods. • Work will be performed primarily on Kwajalein Atoll, Republic of the Marshall Islands, and may include other U.S. Trust Territories. • No reimbursement for proposal preparation; respondents will be notified of qualification results. • The prequalified list will serve as a vendor pool for future DoD construction contracts in the region.
