Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide elevator maintenance services for the VA Palo Alto Health Care System. The contract will be for a base year with three option years. The contractor will be responsible for providing maintenance, repair, inspection, and testing of elevators at five locations. The contractor must have experience in maintaining elevator equipment and must employ at least one ASME/NAESA QEI-certified elevator inspector. The contractor will be required to provide all necessary equipment, supplies, and personnel to perform the work.
