Description
The Round Top Mountain Property Owners Association, Inc is seeking bids for the construction of the Round Top Water System Improvements Project. The project involves the conversion of an existing water storage tank into a treatment building, installation of a new booster pump system, controls, and other appurtenances. The bids will be received for a single prime contract, and the project is funded in part through the Vermont Drinking and/or Clean Water State Revolving Fund.
• The project requires bid security in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
• The project is subject to Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) requirements.
• The project requires a performance bond and payment bond, each in the amount of 100% of the contract price.
• The project is subject to the American Iron and Steel (AIS) provisions of P.L. 113-76, Consolidated Appropriations Act.
• The project requires compliance with the Davis-Bacon Act and the Build America, Buy America Act (BABAA) requirements.
