Description
The Maryland Cannabis Administration (MCA) is seeking support from a qualified third-party vendor to assist in compiling, analyzing, and presenting data on the adequacy of cannabis supply in relation to meet market demand. The report will support licensing decisions, policy development, and statutory reporting to the Maryland General Assembly. The vendor will be required to provide analysis on regulated market capture, share of other cannabis sources in the total market, and make recommendations on increasing regulated market capture.
• The contract term is anticipated to commence in the Second Quarter 2026 (September 2026) and is expected to be for multiple years with potential renewal options.
• The MCA is seeking a fixed-price contract for the Canopy Demand Report Analysis and Market Modeling.
• The MCA is looking to increase socioeconomic inclusion and may designate portions of the requirement as a Small Business Preference (SBP) Procurement.
