Description
The Division of Rehabilitation Services is seeking a contractor to provide an annual Cisco Collaboration Flex Plan 3.0 subscription renewal for 2026. The contractor must be a Master Contractor under the Commercial Off-the-Shelf Software (COTS 2012) contract. The scope of work includes providing the Cisco Collaboration Flex Plan 3.0 subscription renewal for 12 months. The contractor must provide the estimated ship date/lead time for each item listed in the PORFP and must be an authorized reseller for Cisco.
• The contractor must provide a screenshot of the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) with the bid.
• The contractor must ensure that the proposed COTS software is virus-free.
• The contractor must furnish all agreements and terms and conditions the Master Contractor expects the State to sign or to be subject to in connection with or in order to use the products or to be provided under this PORFP.
• The contractor must provide pricing for the Cisco Collaboration Flex Plan 3.0 subscription renewal for 12 months.
• The contractor must provide a detailed description of the required services and deliverables.
