State Complex Elevator and Escalator Maintenance and Repairs

The Department of Administration, Facility Management Division, is seeking a qualified vendor to provide preventive maintenance and repair services for elevators and escalators in the State complex in Raleigh, North Carolina. The contract will have an initial term of three years, with the option to renew for two additional one-year terms. The vendor will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, repairs, and replacements of equipment, as well as providing emergency call-back services.
