Description
The City of Cedar Rapids is seeking sealed electronic bids for the purchase of one to two used motor graders. Bids must be submitted through the city’s online E‑Procurement portal by September 16, 2026, 3:00 PM CDT. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive bidder, and delivery must occur within the timeframe specified on the bid form. All equipment must be new, unused, and conform to current manufacturer specifications; used or refurbished units are not acceptable. The city requires compliance with ADA standards, federal, state, and local regulations, and will conduct an audit of any related construction work.
