25-246 One-time Landscape Cleanup Service and Biweekly Landscape Maintenance Services at the Arvin DMV Field Office

The Department of Motor Vehicles is seeking a contractor to provide one-time landscape cleanup service and biweekly landscape maintenance services at the Arvin DMV Field Office. The contract term is 36 months, and the contractor must be certified by the State of California, Department of General Services, as a Certified Small Business. The contractor must also possess a valid C27 contractor license issued by the California Department of Consumer Affairs, Contractors State License Board. The services include landscape cleanup, maintenance, and repair, and the contractor must ensure that all work is completed to the satisfaction of the DMV. • The contractor must perform a one-time landscape cleanup service if needed and authorized by the DMV Project Manager. • The contractor must perform bi-weekly landscape maintenance services. • The contractor must submit a completed One-Time Landscape Cleanup Service Log and Bi-Weekly Landscape Maintenance Service Log after each service. • The contractor must ensure that all services are completed as scheduled and to the satisfaction of the DMV. • The contractor must implement and practice low environmental impact practices while performing landscaping cleanup and maintenance services.
