Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide a comprehensive surgical tower system, including instruments and scopes, to enhance surgical precision, efficiency, and patient outcomes at the Richmond VA Medical Center. The system must support various surgical procedures, ensure seamless integration with existing equipment, and provide robust support and maintenance. The contractor will be responsible for delivering and installing the equipment, providing on-site training, and performing preventive maintenance and repair services. • The system must support multiple configuration options and be modular to allow for future expansion and upgrades.

• The system must provide comprehensive service and support, including on-site training and technical support.
• The system must be compatible with the VA's current systems, including VistA and Cerner.
