RFP - Infor Talent Acquisition - Project Management Services

The Cherokee Nation is seeking a contractor to provide Infor Talent Acquisition - Project Management Services. The goal of this project is to implement an Infor Talent Acquisition module to support the staffing needs of the Cherokee Nation. The contractor will be responsible for managing the implementation process, training staff, and communicating with stakeholders. The contractor must have experience with Infor HCM or similar systems and must be able to complete the implementation within 6 months. Key points for the project management services include providing a sample project plan, managing change and training staff, moving existing candidate data to the new system, and providing clear pricing and payment schedule. • The contractor must have experience with Infor HCM or similar systems • The contractor must provide a sample project plan with timelines, milestones, resources needed, and specific deliverables for each phase of the implementation • The contractor must explain how they will manage change, train staff, and communicate throughout the project • The contractor must explain how they will move existing candidate data to the new system while ensuring the data remains accurate and complete • The bid must include clear pricing with fixed costs, optional services, and payment schedule tied to completing project milestones • The vendor must be able to complete the implementation within 6 months and provide support for at least 90 days after going live
