Bus Scaffold System

Riverside Transit Agency (RTA) is seeking a qualified vendor to supply, install, and train on a single bus rooftop scaffold system for its new hydrogen fuel‑cell buses. The contract is a firm‑fixed‑price purchase order that includes delivery to the agency’s headquarters, on‑site assembly, up to four hours of operator training, and comprehensive warranties on all components. The system must meet OSHA, Cal/OSHA, and ANSI standards, be constructed of aluminum or galvanized/ stainless steel, and feature safety‑colored finishes, double‑braking casters, and a 24‑ft ladder‑style platform. • Provide one (1) custom‑engineered 24‑ft bus scaffold system (incl. ladders, guard rails, platforms, trusses, casters, staircase, and safety finishes). • Perform full on‑site assembly and up to four hours of operator training; supply two copies of manuals. • Offer warranties: 1 year parts & labor, 10 years steel, 3 years decking, 2 years casters; comply with all OSHA/ANSI safety regulations. • Submit complete price form (Exhibit B), required certifications (Exhibit C), and any additional documentation via the PlanetBids portal by the deadline.
