East Dayton Bridge Project Feasibility Study

The Carson Area Metropolitan Planning Organization (CAMPO) is seeking a qualified consulting firm to conduct a feasibility study for the East Dayton Bridge Project. The project is a collaboration between CAMPO and Lyon County, and is funded by a Cooperative Agreement with the Nevada Department of Transportation (NDOT). The selected firm will be responsible for providing professional services to support the project, including conducting a feasibility study and providing recommendations for the project's scope, schedule, and budget. The firm will be evaluated based on their understanding of the project, technical approach, project management and support staff, and project experience. • The project is expected to be completed prior to the expiration of the agreements between CAMPO and Lyon County, and CAMPO and NDOT. • The selected firm will be required to provide a statement of qualifications, including a cover letter, firm's understanding and qualifications, technical approach, project management and support staff, and project experience. • The firm will be evaluated based on their ability to complete the project within the defined timeframe, and their experience with similar projects. • The project has no established DBE/SBE goal, and DBEs will not be tracked as part of this project. • The method of compensation will be time and materials, not to exceed.
