Diagnostic Imaging Services

Multnomah County Health Department (MCHD) Integrated Clinical Services is seeking a qualified contractor to provide a full suite of radiology consultation and diagnostic imaging services—including X‑ray, MRI, CT, ultrasound, digital mammography, PET/CT, bone densitometry, and related reporting—for its primary‑care and student health centers across Multnomah County. The contractor must be able to process electronic referrals, schedule appointments (including after‑hours when possible), deliver STAT reports within two hours, routine reports within 24 hours, and ensure secure bi‑directional HL7 interface with the County’s Epic/EHR system. Service locations must be within the County, and the provider must support interpreter services, comply with HIPAA and a Business Associate Agreement, and meet specific insurance minimums. The contract is for an initial one‑year term with up to four one‑year renewal options, and pricing will be evaluated on a unit‑price basis for a sample list of 12 imaging services. • Provide comprehensive radiology imaging (X‑ray, MRI, CT, ultrasound, mammography, PET/CT, bone densitometry) and consultation reports. • Process and schedule MCHD referrals via a bi‑directional HL7/Epic interface; deliver STAT reports ≤2 hrs, routine reports ≤24 hrs. • Meet County requirements for interpreter services, HIPAA/42 CFR Part 2 compliance, and minimum insurance coverage (Professional Liability $5 M, General Liability $1 M, Auto $2 M, Workers’ Comp).
