Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to manufacture W1 blank granite markers for nationwide distribution. The contract will be a firm-fixed price IDIQ contract, and the contractor must be registered and active with the System of Award Management (SAM) and must complete the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) prior to the solicitation closing date and time. The contractor must also submit a physical sample and four separate documents (Volumes A through D) as part of their quote. The Government will evaluate quotes based on price, technical, and past performance factors, with price being the most important factor.

• The period of performance is base plus 4 option years.
• The place of performance is the contractor's facility.
