The State of Delaware is establishing a statewide, two‑year contract to supply, deliver, install, and support a broad range of furniture for all covered state agencies, schools, municipalities, and other entities. The solicitation is a competitive sealed‑proposal process that allows oral discussions and best‑and‑final‑offer negotiations. Vendors must provide catalog‑based pricing, minimum 10‑year warranties, and meet ANSI/BIFMA standards for all product categories, as well as submit detailed discount tables for delivery‑and‑install and drop‑ship options. The contract includes mandatory monthly usage reporting, quarterly subcontractor diversity reporting, and compliance with prevailing‑wage and insurance requirements.
• Supply of office, systems, and specialty furniture (desks, seating, storage, cubicle systems, dormitory, healthcare, fire‑station, etc.).
• Required services: design/space‑planning, delivery, unloading, staging, installation, warranty support, and 24/7 customer service.
• Vendors must submit discount‑off‑list‑price tables (Appendix B1) and a market‑basket pricing list (Appendix B2), maintain a static price list for the contract term, and provide three end‑user references.
