WEST EXCHANGE COMFORT STATION

The Rhode Island Public Transit Authority (RIPTA) is seeking a vendor to supply, deliver, and install a permanent‑foundation, double‑wide portable restroom trailer at the West Exchange site. The trailer must include metal skirting, exterior lighting on all sides, window security screens, metal stairs and an ADA‑compliant ramp, and a standard commercial lockset. RIPTA will provide fire extinguishers, interior furniture, signage, and lighting fixtures; the vendor must provide the trailer, metal stairs/ramp, skirting, security screens, and a one‑year workmanship warranty with O&M manuals. Installation is targeted for winter 2026, with the unit operating 5 AM‑11 PM daily and a maximum occupancy of ten persons. • Provide a double‑wide, metal‑skirted portable comfort‑station trailer on a permanent foundation (no chassis/wheels). • Supply and install metal stairs, ADA ramp, exterior lighting (all sides), and window security screens; fire extinguishers and interior furniture are supplied by RIPTA. • Deliver a one‑year workmanship warranty and complete operations & maintenance documentation upon substantial completion.
