The State of South Carolina Law Enforcement Division is seeking a qualified, FAA‑certified contractor to provide comprehensive helicopter maintenance services for its fleet of four law‑enforcement helicopters (MD‑500E, Bell 407, Bell 412 EPX). The work includes a series of fixed‑price scheduled inspections and a two‑year regrease program, plus ad‑hoc repair capabilities with pre‑approved hourly labor rates and parts discounts. Services must be performed at contractor facilities within 50 nautical miles of the SLED Heliport or at the South Carolina Aeronautics Commission facility, with rapid turnaround times after aircraft delivery.
