NOTICE OF INTENT TO CONTRACT WITH A SINGLE SOURCE

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) intends to award a single source contract to Sensor System LLC to acquire fifteen newly manufactured ASR-8 Encoders. The acquisition will utilize single source procedures as Sensor Systems LLC is the original manufacturer of this Encoder and owns all proprietary data rights and proprietary information necessary to manufacture the assets. • The contract is for the acquisition of fifteen ASR-8 Encoders. • The acquisition will utilize single source procedures. • Sensor Systems LLC is the original manufacturer of the ASR-8 Encoder and owns all proprietary data rights and proprietary information necessary to manufacture the assets. • The contract is not available for full and open competition.
