The Pease Development Authority is seeking a vendor to lease, deliver, install, maintain, and provide winter‑storage for a fleet of 100 electric golf cars and 2 electric utility vehicles, all equipped with GPS fleet‑management and customer‑interface systems, for a four‑year period (2025‑2028). The contract includes full maintenance, a two‑day loaner replacement policy, optional daily rentals, and a comprehensive warranty covering the entire lease term. Vendor must also carry specified insurance and meet all New Hampshire procurement requirements.
