Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking information from vendors for the Enterprise Digital Government Enablement (EDGE) project. The goal of the project is to modernize the VA's digital systems and provide better services to veterans. The project involves the development of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) applications, Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) solutions, and the use of emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML). The vendor is expected to provide a detailed description of their technical approach, including their experience with modern delivery frameworks, enterprise-wide automation, and simultaneous staffing and management of multiple Scrum teams.
