The purpose of the Parent Information and Training (PTI) centers is to meet the information and training needs of individuals with disabilities and their families, so that individuals with disabilities can achieve their employment and independent living goals. The Department intends to fund one Regional Parent Information and Training Center (PTI) in region C–2 (Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota, Wyoming). • The opportunity is for a grant to support the establishment of a PTI center. • The center will provide information and training to individuals with disabilities and their families. • The center will coordinate with other organizations to provide services and support. • The grant will be for $300,000. • The application deadline is April 24, 2026.
