ERCIP - Europe Programmatic Industry Day

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Louisville District is hosting an Industry Day for the Energy Resilience Conservation Investment Program (ERCIP) Europe Microgrid Projects. The event will be held virtually on January 8th, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time. The USACE is seeking to inform industry partners about the upcoming microgrid projects in Europe and to gather feedback from potential bidders. • The USACE has five upcoming microgrid projects in Europe, with the first project scheduled for FY 2026 and the subsequent projects scheduled for FY 2027, FY 2028, and FY 2029. • The procurement method will be the best value trade-off, and the award will be made based on the outcome of a Source Selection Evaluation Board (SSEB) in accordance with the evaluation criteria. • The NAICS classification code for this project is 237130, which corresponds to Power and Communication Line and Related Structures Construction. • The USACE encourages all interested parties to attend the Industry Day and provide feedback on the project.
