DA01--Data Engineering, Management Support and Quality Assurance Recommendations (VA-26-00062403)

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking a contractor to provide data engineering, management support, and quality assurance recommendations. The contractor will be responsible for maintaining the Data Collection Tool (DCT) and managing the ATO process. The DCT is a hybrid system that includes custom software and Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) products. The contractor will also be required to provide support for the DCT, including troubleshooting and resolving software problems. The contract will be a firm-fixed-price contract, and the period of performance will be from the time of award until 01/07/2027, with plans for further extensions. • The contractor will be required to have access to the DCT and other VA systems, and will be provided with a PIV card and network access at no cost. • The contractor will be required to complete two Talent Management System (TMS) requirements related to HIPAA and privacy. • The contractor will be required to provide a detailed technical approach and labor categories and hours. • The contractor will be required to participate in virtual conferences with the VA and attend a site visit annually.
