Description
The Naval Information Warfighting Development Center (NIWDC) is seeking to procure Video Teleconferencing (VTC) systems and stand-alone equipment to support mission capabilities and requirements for headquarters location in Building NH139 NSA Norfolk. The selected contractor will be responsible for designing, producing, delivering, and installing the VTC equipment. The contractor will also provide maintenance support and ensure that the equipment complies with all applicable state, local, and federal building codes, local ordinances, and regulations.
Some key responsibilities of the contractor include:
• Providing overall project management for space planning, product-specific design, specifications, orders, delivery, and installation
• Coordinating with NIWDC and other project team members
• Ensuring that all products and installation comply with the General Specifications in the APL for NMCI
• Providing technical assistance and on-site technical and installation support
• Conducting a post-installation orientation/training session for NIWDC program manager
