Description
The US Air Force is seeking a contractor to provide maintenance and repair services for gym equipment at Offutt Air Force Base. The equipment includes treadmills, recumbent bikes, ellipticals, and stair climbers from various manufacturers such as Life Fitness, Matrix, and Stair Master. The contractor will be required to perform quarterly preventative maintenance and repairs as needed. The contract will be for a period of 12 months with options to extend.
• The contractor must have experience in maintaining and repairing the specific equipment brands listed.
• The contractor must provide a plan describing how they will meet the requirements outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
• The contractor must include specifications of parts and equipment necessary for completion of the project.
• The contractor must have a valid Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) and be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).
• The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to health and safety, security, and environmental protection.
